Job Title; Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary; £11.93 Per Hour
Shift Pattern; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am-4.00pm
Location; Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Our client a key supplier to an international media house, is seeking to appoint a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an order fulfilment project. This is an excellent opportunity to join this unique family business and work on an exciting project within a close knit family environment.
The Purchase Ledger Clerk Role;
- All aspects of receiving payments from our clients
- Maintain the Ledger within the accounts system
- Posting and allocating the payments within the accounts system
- Generating any additional transactions in the CRT system
- Dispute resolution
- Managing the various invoicing systems requested by our clients
- Assisting with producing and despatching invoices
- Email remittances
- Ultimately ensuring our clients pay their invoices as quickly as possible
The Purchase Ledger Clerk Candidate;
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Basic understanding of accounts (Money in /Money out)
- Attention to detail
- Confident and telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both within the company and outside.
