Salary; £11.93 Per Hour

Shift Pattern; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am-4.00pm

Location; Market Harborough, Leicestershire 

Our client a key supplier to an international media house, is seeking to appoint a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an order fulfilment project. This is an excellent opportunity to join this unique family business and work on an exciting project within a close knit family environment.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk Role;

  • All aspects of receiving payments from our clients
  • Maintain the Ledger within the accounts system
  • Posting and allocating the payments within the accounts system
  • Generating any additional transactions in the CRT system
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing the various invoicing systems requested by our clients
  • Assisting with producing and despatching invoices
  • Email remittances
  • Ultimately ensuring our clients pay their invoices as quickly as possible

The Purchase Ledger Clerk Candidate;

  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Basic understanding of accounts (Money in /Money out)
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both within the company and outside.
