We’re delighted to be supporting a local organisation with the recruitment ofaPart-Time Barista to join their on-site café on an initial temporary basis with potential to lead to a permanent role.
You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious hot drinks, preparing food and maintaining a welcome space for customers. This opportunity is perfect for someone with previous experience who enjoys working in a front facing customer service role.
- £12.64 per hour
- Working hours Monday to Friday 11am-2pm with some flexibility during busy periods
- This role is fully on-site
- Candidates must be immediately available or with short notice
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking orders and preparing hot drinks and food
- Selling confectionery and snacks
- Taking payments
- General cleaning and tidying of the café
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working as a Barista or within a food/waitressing environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good team player
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Motivated and can work under pressure
