Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time option available min 20 hours per week)
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days office and 2 days working from home (flexible work patterns) - Salary: Up to £55,000 dependent upon experience plus Performance-Related Bonus

Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing probate applications and the administration of estates
- Providing tailored legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external professionals to ensure a smooth process
- Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and best practices within the field

- Ensuring all client matters are handled with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail
Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor Essential Skills and Experience:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Commitment to ensuring timely progression of client matters and providing transparent updates on progress and costs

Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor Additional Information:
- Commute/Relocate: Applicants should have the ability to reliably commute to Market Harborough or be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment
- Education: LLB Hons Law Degree, Legal Practice Course, Solicitor/Legal Executive STEP qualified (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 7 year's experience in legal drafting and relevant Wills and Probate work (required)
