Tradewind is working with an exceptional village school who are looking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a student with SEN.

Role requirements - SEN TA / LSA

  • A passion for SEN learners is the first requirement for this school every time!
  • Ideally having worked in a SEN School would be an advantage although the school provides full training and development regardless of what stage your career is.
  • Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils.
