Sonic Summary

Our client, a leading water sector specialist, is seeking Electricians and Improvers for a contract position starting on January 13, 2025, near Northampton and Market Harborough.
The contract duration is expected to last 3-4 months, with Electricians earning £27 per hour and Improvers earning £22 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Candidates for Electricians must have a JIB Gold Card, 18th Edition certification, and relevant apprenticeship or NVQ qualifications, while Improvers should have an ECS/CSCS Card and ideally some electrical qualifications.
The role requires competency in industrial installation works, fault diagnosis, and adherence to health and safety regulations, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Candidates should possess their own tools and PPE, and prior experience in similar roles is preferred.

Rate: Electricians - £27p/hour, Improvers - £22p/hour (always subject to skills/experience)
Hours: 45 per week

Candidate Requirements:

Electricians

JIB Gold Card
18th Edition
Relevant Apprenticeship/NVQ etc.
@onealliance induction (desired but not essential)
Own Tools & PPE

Improvers

ECS/CSCS Card
Ideally some electrical qualifications/working towards NVQ etc.
@onealliance induction (desired but not essential)
Own Tools & PPE

Job Outline:

Candidates should be competent with all aspects of industrial installation works/containment.
Able to diagnose and rectify faults.
This includes working on electrical controls, pumps, motors, control panels, instrumentation and other electrical systems.
Adhering to onsite health and safety regulations
Collaborating with other trades and end client on site.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
