Salary: 29,000- 37,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architectural Technician will have a few years of post qualification experience, with excellent technical detailing and drawing knowledge and proven experience working on a range of projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A HND /HNC or degree in Architectural technology or similar
- Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Working towards Chartership
- Strong technical abilities
- Job running experience
- Ideally have experience using Vectorworks
- Experience in a mix of sectors preferably retail, heritage and commercial
- Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
- Ability to produce high quality detailed technical drawings
- Help to manage the emergent technical team members
- Live locally to Market Harborough / Leicestershire area
