Our client is a customer centric, financial services provider who are seeking an experienced product/propositions specialist to join their team on a 12-month FTC. The role is to play a critical part in supporting the team in delivering exceptional product management and development. The main focus will be on mortgage propositions, ensuring they meet the needs of their members, and align with the organisation’s strategic goals.
They are based in Leicestershire, however, are being very flexible in regard to hybrid working.
Duties of the Assistant Propositions Manager will include:
- To analyse internal and external products, providing insights on competitors, market trends and product performance to support pricing and proposition decisions.
- To gather and use external insights, market data, and internal stakeholder feedback to support development of new product ideas, ensuring the organisations product range remains competitive and innovative.
- To manage and deliver the release process for new mortgage products, ensure their ongoing maintenance and accuracy across all internal and external systems, and support the Proposition Lead with post-implementation reviews.
- Complete the Mortgage Proposition Team's MI and reporting needs and requirements both internally and to the wider business.
Working in a small, dedicated team, this role is a great opportunity to build upon your product, pricing and proposition knowledge. The role is a 12 month FTC, and there could be an opportunity for this role to then go permanent, however this can’t be guaranteed.
Having a product background is essential, as is having a financial service experience, ideally in mortgages. If you have experience in pricing, that would be highly desirable.
