We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Recruitment and HR Administrator to join our happy growing team.

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:

  • Administer all the recruitment including screening candidates, setting up the interviews with the Service Manager and their calendar. Assist with conducting the interviews.
  • Responsible for all the onboarding of new Support Workers from arranging the training/contracts, obtaining satisfactory references and DBS check and setting them up on the HR System.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
  • Organise, compile, update personnel records and documentation
  • Monthly reporting with HR Data onto the capacity tracker
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, termination, sick leave
  • Maintain and monitor employees visas and 3 yearly DBS checks.
  • Answer employees questions and provide requested information
