A vacancy has arisen for an HSQE Administrator to join a very friendly and expanding handling and fulfilment business in Market Harborough on a permanent basis (Mon to Fri days). You will provide essential support to the smooth running of the business from a continuous improvement and auditing perspective in addition to overseeing the company's H&S compliance.

You will have gained previous experience within the HSQE sector and be keen to apply your knowledge and expertise in a new environment. Perhaps you are looking for that next challenge?

The successful HSQE Administrator will be hands-on, want to get under the skin of the business and will lead and promote the quality and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business. Within your remit you will:
Identify, investigate and drive initiatives and projects to improve the efficiency and safe running of the operation
Support business improvements, contributing proactively and positively to the implementation of change
Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and maintained
Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation and support through the provision of complete and accurate information
Advocate understanding and adherence to the ISO9001:2015 (Quality) and the ISO14001:2015 (Environmental) and assist with the ISO27001:2013 (Information Security) accreditations.
Write and execute action plans in response to audits and assessments

It is essential that you operate with attention to detail, possess strong organisational and communication skills and can build rapport with your colleagues as there will be liaison with all departments within the business. You will need an understanding of health and safety legislation, experience of ISO requirements and hold IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications.
