The Company

They are the UK and European leaders within their niche, offering a number of bespoke software solutions to the manufacturing sector. They have grown organically over the last 30 years and are still ran by the family that founded them, to the point where the owner helps code for them! They are a close team where personality and cultural fits are as important as the technical skills you bring to the table. You'll be joining a team of over 5 implementation consultants who will be able to help you learn and develop your skills around planning and scheduling and software implementation. They are hiring for a number of roles in the business to help them grow

The Role

As mentioned, the team is built up of over 5 implementation consultants and they are looking to add to this to help support their growth plans over the coming months and years. In 5 years' time they plan to be 3x the size so this is the perfect chance to join early and make your mark! They are looking for someone with strong Planning and Scheduling experience and understanding, and ideally experience implementing Software too. Within the role you'll be liaising between customers and the dev team in order to make sure that all bespoke solutions are delivered to the high standards they hold, within budget and on time. You'll to come from a background of strong customer service experience, even better if dealing with customers on the phone.

Skills and Knowledge Needed/Desired

  • Experience and/or understanding of Opcenter APS (Very much desirable but not essential)
  • Deliver solutions following Agile Project Management Methodology
  • Strong MS excel skills for Data analysis and manipulation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • A Passion for what you do!
