A well established, local client are looking for a highly organised Workshop Administrator to join their team due to continued growth within the business on an initial temporary basis, with potential to lead to a long term, permanent opportunity.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Administrator who wants to make a real impact and grow with a thriving company. You'll work closely with the Service team to coordinate repairs, ensure smooth workshop operations, and deliver top-notch customer service.
 

  • £13.33 - £14.36 per hour (£26,000 - £28,000)
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Office-based
  • Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be immediately available or within 1 weeks’ notice


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Booking workshop repairs and assigning work to engineers
  • Liaising with parts team to check stock/order parts
  • Updating CRM system and logging all relevant information
  • Communicating with customers and keeping them informed
  • Liaising with and building relationships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Quoting and sending out repair costs
  • Sending out invoices once jobs are completed


Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector would be preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with good time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Portrays enthusiasm and ambition to learn and develop
  • Confident working as part of a team
  • Takes a positive, proactive approach
  • IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office with experience using a CRM system
