As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead the night shift, providing exceptional care and ensuring the highest standards for our residents. What We’re Looking For in a Senior Care Assistant:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in care, with a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health & Social Care or a related field.
- A passion for leading a team and delivering person-centred care with compassion and dedication.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
