Role Requirements

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting.
  • Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of care planning and abuse prevention.

Preferred Experience

  • Senior Care Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, especially with dementia care.
  • Additional Qualification: NVQ Level 4 or above in Adult Health and Social Care.
