Role Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of care planning and abuse prevention.
Preferred Experience
- Senior Care Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, especially with dementia care.
- Additional Qualification: NVQ Level 4 or above in Adult Health and Social Care.
- Team Management: Prior experience managing a team and conducting person-centred 1:1s.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with National Care Standards Act 2000.
