A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished HR Coordinator to join a rapidly growing business in the picturesque town of Market Harborough.

As part of a friendly, committed and highly skilled team, the successful applicant will focus on all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, resource coordination, and staff development. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the growth and development of the team.

Hours of work, salary and benefits:

  • Part-time working 4 days per week
  • Hybrid working pattern
  • £30,000 FTE - £24,000 pro rata

  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays FTE

As HR Coordinator, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Designing, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Sourcing and coordinating internal and external training programmes
  • Ensuring the company is compliant with health and safety and employment law
  • Creating personal development plans to identify career growth opportunities within the business

We're looking for an HR Coordinator with the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive proven experience in a similar HR role, involving management of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and health and safety regulations
  • Prior involvement in coordinating a training matrix and sourcing training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoys a fast-moving environment, able to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Expert attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently using your own initiative
