Applications Engineer
Our client is a Scientific Technology organisation, working with businesses and scientists across the UK and Europe. They're now looking for an entry-level Marketing Executive to support them during an exciting period of growth!
Responsibilities:
路 Provide the highest level of technical support and advise to clients on a range of product solutions
路 Define customer requirements and recommend engineered product design solutions
路 Respond to inbound project enquiries and provide bespoke quotations
路 Provide project quotation proposals including all relevant documentation to the customer
路 Liaise between the customer and internal departments for end to end project support
路 Contact existing clients to promote both exiting and newly launched product solutions
路 Manage and follow up on project quotations in order to maximize conversion rates
路 Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to provide a value- added quotation for each customer project requirement
路 Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor product and pricing activity
The ideal candidate for this role will be adept at translating often complicated technical requirements to audiences of various levels of understanding.

Requirements:
- Ideally a degree in an engineering discipline
- Full UK driving licence (not essential but highly beneficial)
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy beneficial - including SAP, ERP and the Microsoft office suite
- As comfortable working independently as you are in a team
