Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating technical information, and contributing to planning applications. This role offers exposure to a wide range of small- to large-scale developments, ensuring variety and professional growth.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview

Assist in the preparation of detailed working drawing packages
Coordinate technical information across various projects
Prepare and contribute to planning drawings for applications
Work closely with the Design and Technical teams to develop project solutions
Attend site visits and liaise with external consultants as required
Use Revit as a core design tool daily

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

Based in or around Market Harborough
Relevant Degree Qualified
Proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of technical detailing
Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving license required
Job Running experience
Excellent client facing experience

Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE)
Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays + Christmas break
