Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive - Hybrid Market Harborough -LeicestershireMy client, a highly regarded boutique law firm based in Market Harborough, is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor who is passionate about private client work and is looking to build their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will be working closely with a highly experienced partner who brings over 18 years of expertise in the field. While autonomy and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently are essential, support and guidance will be readily available, particularly in relation to complex trust and estate matters.The firm is known for its modern, open-plan office with panoramic views, offering a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. The role involves working with a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals, providing high-quality advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax matters.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, LPA, estate administration, inheritance tax and trusts
  • Providing clear, concise, and tailored advice to high-net-worth clients
  • Liaising with other professionals including financial advisors, accountants, and tax specialists
  • Assisting the partner on more complex trust and estate work when required
  • Taking an active role in business development and networking activities to help grow the department's client base
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A minimum of 4 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to work independently
  • A confident and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is desirable
  • A willingness to be involved in networking and business development
  • STEP qualification or working towards it (preferred but not essential)
