Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will ensure that the processes and practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

· Resource Allocation: Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and technology, to achieve operational goals.

· Budget Management: Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.

· Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companys long-term goals.

· Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer service processes to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the sustainable waste management sector.
