You’re probably going to come from one of two places applying for this role…
You’ll either be working in a salon or spa where you might feel you are treated like a number or you are not paid fairly for what you do.
Or you’ll still be at college and looking for a role that will help you put into practice what you are learning.

We’re a really small team and you will be joining at a very exciting time as we have just secured a new large premises.
Even though we’re small, you’ll have support and guidance whenever you need it, but you need to be confident and capable of getting on with things on your own.
We can’t grow without hiring, and we have reached the stage where we need to expand the team to service our new clients.
To start with, this is what the role will cover:
- Delivering very high standard massage treatments, tailored to each and every individual.
- Performing skin analysis before starting treatments to determine best course of action and appropriate products for best results.
- Performing a diverse range of massage treatments including Hot-stone, Aromatherapy, Deep-tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Indian head, and Reflexology.
And you’ll know you might be right for the role if you can tick off some (ideally all) of these:
- Qualified Therapist
- Experienced in massage
- Wanting to give the best customer service
And who are we? We’re Essentially Blended.
We’re a small boutique Aromatherapy Massage clinic in Market Harborough.
Now part of Manor Walk Wellness, we have been trading for three years and have built up an amazing client base.
We know we can’t offer all the bells and whistles that some big spa’s can, but we’ll do what we can to make it a really enjoyable place to work and you will get all the training and support you need.
The role is part time including Saturdays (1 off per month)
The Interview process:
The interview process won’t be anything scary or unexpected.
You’ll have an initial chat with the Director to discuss the role, ask questions and make sure it’s the right fit for you and what you’re after.
Our final stage would be a task and massage. Nothing you won’t have experience in already if you ticked off those boxes earlier.
You’ll get plenty of notice for this and a full brief will be provided.
