Multi-Trades needed in Leicestershire £12.43ph PAYE - Reference: RQ409863

This post will be based in Leicestershire 

  • Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work for the housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Carry out Joinery/Multi Trade installations, upgrades, maintenance and repairs in managed properties.

  • Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.

  • Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.

  • Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records.

  • Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money, identify efficiencies, gaps in service delivery, and communicate them to line management.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
