Job Title: Multi Tradesperson
Role Specific Requirement:
- Required checks EL1 or EL2
- Full Driving Licence
- Due to security vetting, candidates are required to have at least 3 year's continuous residency within the UK.
- Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline
Main Purpose: To carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. To undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
- 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, working 7.5 hour shift per day between the hours of 7am - 5pm.
Person Requirements:
Experience:
- Required Technical Skills
- Ideally 2 years relevant work related experience
Responsibilities:
- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.
