The company

We are recruiting for a forward-thinking Planning Manager to join a people focused and award-winning business. Expertise in the industrial, commercial and retail sectors, delivering projects nationwide up to £20 million. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be a fundamental part of the business and journey as they grow.

The role

As the Planning managing you will be responsible for multiple projects at any one time from tender through to completion.

As a key communicator, you will be responsible for understanding the clients requirements and liaising with the supply chain to generate an optimal and achievable programme.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the programme is maintained and delivered on time.

Desirable Experience

Previous planning experience is preferred, however experienced construction mangers will also be considered for this role.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Proficiency in project management tools/software like Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, or ASTA.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.
