My client is a well-established, profitable and privately owned Construction Main Contractor who successfully deliver new build schemes within the Industrial, Logistics and Warehousing sectors nationwide.

Due to planned growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Commercial team at their offices in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will assist the QS on commercial management of 2-3 projects concurrently, with individual values typically between £5M and £15M.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset and will work well within teams across the business. Previous experience working within the clients core sector is a considerable advantage.
