We are seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and efficient service.

Your New Role:

As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Front Desk Management: Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
  • Call Management: Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries.
  • Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
