About the Role
This role focuses on designing and delivering training initiatives, guiding team development, and driving change management processes. As People Development Partner, you'll empower managers and employees to excel while handling core HR responsibilities. We're seeking a well-rounded HR professional with an emphasis on learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs that focus on leadership and team development.
Lead change management initiatives to support collaboration and adaptability.
Standardise and enhance onboarding for a consistent, high-quality new hire experience.
Oversee performance reviews, development planning, and succession planning to support career growth.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure alignment with company values.
Address employee relations issues to promote a fair and supportive work environment.
Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with recruitment partners to support hiring and onboarding processes.
Manage benefits administration and compensation planning.
Requirements
Proven background in HR/L&D, particularly within FMCG or similar sectors.
Strong experience in designing training programs, team development, and supporting change management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across multiple sites.
