Join our clients dynamic team as a Client Account Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.

2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Strive to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

3. Communication: Foster clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams. Act as the liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of services.

4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies. Leverage your understanding of client goals to drive customer success and long-term partnerships.

5. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find innovative solutions. Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive recommendations to enhance their experience.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Track account performance, analyse data, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for increased customer satisfaction.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified customer experience.

Requirements:

路 Proven experience in a customer service and/or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.

路 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients at all levels.

路 Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

路 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

路 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

路 Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
