Position: Class 1 Driver

Location:Louth or Scunthorpe

Pay Rates:Between £16.81 - £24.19+h, dependingon holidays and Shift Pattern

We are seeking experienced and reliableClass 1 Driveron behalf of our clients. Positions are available InLouth or Scunthorpe, providing you with great opportunities to work with a leading companies in the transport sector. If you are an experiencedClass 1 Driverlooking for work in the area on an Ahoc or ongoing basis, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate HGV vehicles in compliance with all UK laws and regulations.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections in a timely manor
• Carry out vehicle checks, ensuring vehicle roadworthiness and reporting any defects.
• Load and unload goods as required, working within health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Provide excellent customer service on behalf on the client
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Operating HGV vehicles in theLouth or Scunthorpearea

Requirements:

• ValidClass 1 Driver License
• Commutable toLouth or Scunthorpe
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• A clean driving record, no more than 6 points, with a strong understanding of road safety.
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of EU Driving Hours & HGV Working Time Directive rules.
• 12 months Previous experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
