Customer Service Administrator
Our client is a well-established, company based near Caistor. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Main Purpose of the Customer Service Administrator Role:
The main purpose of this role is to help deliver excellent customer service to both their wholesale distributors and field sales teams.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Supporting designated field sales personnel to provide information, order support, and quotations to the UK customer base
- Credit returns
- Entry of sales orders ensuring all required information is submitted
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date
- Liaise with the logistics department to maintain accurate information
- Answering calls and emails
- Allocation of third-party stocks
- Any other reasonable tasks on request
The Perfect Customer Service Administrator:
- SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Great customer service
- Strong administrative skills
- Team player
