Customer Service Administrator

Our client is a well-established, company based near Caistor. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Main Purpose of the Customer Service Administrator Role:

The main purpose of this role is to help deliver excellent customer service to both their wholesale distributors and field sales teams.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Supporting designated field sales personnel to provide information, order support, and quotations to the UK customer base
  • Credit returns
  • Entry of sales orders ensuring all required information is submitted
  • Ensure customer records are kept up to date
  • Liaise with the logistics department to maintain accurate information
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Allocation of third-party stocks
  • Any other reasonable tasks on request

The Perfect Customer Service Administrator:

  • SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Great customer service
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Team player
