Adept are looking for a qualified Electrician's Mate to join our clients expanding team in Lincolnshire.
A company based in rural Lincolnshire, specialising in energy-efficient commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions. Our client's dedicated team supports businesses across the UK, helping them reduce their carbon footprint and lower energy and lighting costs.
About You and the Role:
- You will be working nationwide to install industrial and commercial lighting systems for prominent clients across various sectors.
- You will take responsibility for managing assigned projects, liaising between the company and the customer, and overseeing daily task planning and team coordination.
- Regular communication with senior management will be expected, including progress updates and seeking advice when necessary to ensure efficient project delivery.
- We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can also motivate and guide colleagues.
- You should be comfortable working away from home and flexible about commuting to the office base on Mondays and Fridays.
- This is a full-time, permanent position, with standard working hours Monday to Friday.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Electrical role.
- 2391 test and inspect qualification preferred, but not essential.
- ECS, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, and any other relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work nationwide.
- At least 1 year of electrical experience (required)
