Multiskilled Bricklayer- Responsive Repairs

Your new companyA social housing provider is looking for a multiskilled bricklayer to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be covering an area starting in Grimsby and working over to Gainsborough so you'll need to be based within these regions. Working hours: 8-4:30, Monday to Friday Package & Benefits:

Your new roleResponsive repairs in occupied social housing properties across North & West LincolnshireBricklaying, Joinery, Painting & Decorating, Wet trades/PlumbingCustomer facing role so handling tenant complaints and queries while on the job and aiming to help them where possibleAlso working on the adaptations team which may involve installing ramps for wheelchairs, hand rails and wet rooms for example. What you'll need to succeedNVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or Multiskilled MaintenanceIdeally you will have worked in a social housing or maintenance environment in the pastFull UK driving licence requiredMust be able to pass a DBS checkMust be a friendly, adaptable and driven individual in order to provide the best service to our tenants at all times.
