Job Profile

As a New Homes Site Sales Consultant, youll work from a sales office to engage with potential buyers, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and oversee the sales process. Youll have the opportunity to generate new business leads and build a reputation in the local community while working collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties
  • Register client details and manage property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Canvass for new business and engage with the local community
  • Create marketing content, including social media posts and videos
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high service standards
  • Prepare contracts and handle sales documentation
  • Refer clients to internal services, such as mortgage advisors and legal services

Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within estate agency or new homes sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
