Simply Education is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Market Rasen area. We have a variety of flexible opportunities available, including day-to-day supply roles and longer-term assignments, perfect for those looking to gain experience in different school settings or secure a more stable position.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

• Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support student learning

• Assisting in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Providing support for students with additional needs where required

• Helping with general classroom duties such as preparing resources and marking work

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Ability to adapt to different school environments and work as part of a team

• Strong communication and organisational skills
