Tradewind Recruitment, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking to expand its pool of talented Supply Teachers - Primary to work in partnership schools in Market Rasen. This is a flexible, temporary role that allows teachers to work on a schedule that suits them, with the option to work one day a week or up to five days a week. The pay for this position ranges from £120 to £190 per day, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

The schools that Tradewind works with are located in a variety of areas, some of which have free onsite parking and are easily accessible via public transport, while others may require a car to reach. The work will be planned for the teacher and there are opportunities available across all key stages, such as EYFS, KS1, KS2.

Expected responsibilities of a Supply Teacher - Primary:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of various ages and abilities
  • Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to both the students and regular classroom teacher
  • Communicate and collaborate with school staff, such as the regular classroom teacher, to ensure continuity of learning
  • Follow and adhere to school policies and procedures
  • Be able to work on short notice and be flexible with their schedule
