Our Client is a family owned and operated company based in Market Rasen. They specialise in the supply and construction of custom steel-framed buildings, fabrication services and merchanting supplies. As a result of continued and sustained growth, they are seeking to recruit a full time and permanent experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be required to play a critical role in managing project costs and ensuring profitability. You will oversee the financial planning, procurement and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

* Preparing detailed cost etimates, budgets and tenders.
* Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to manage costs effectively,
* Overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
* Analysing and negotiating contracts to ensure value for money.
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and industry standards.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* An understanding of construction processes and techniques.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software.
