As a Freelance Consultant, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and drive successful outcomes. This role focuses on lead & candidate generation. Your proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, CentricFlow, and social media management will enhance your effectiveness in this position. Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Utilise cold calling techniques to engage prospects and promote services effectively.
  • Manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for sales and social media management.
  • Maintain effective time management to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand CentricFlow systems
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Excellent time management and relationship management abilities
