Growing Manager
Holme on Spalding Moor
40k (negotiable)

  • Train staff on disease control and elimination.
  • Conduct daily farm walks and attend weekly planning meetings.
  • Ensure all growing operations are completed on time.
  • Optimize yield potential through climate control and fertigation strategies.
  • Monitor crops for pests and diseases and take preventive actions.
  • Enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Support harvesting supervisors during peak periods.
  • Report KPI figures in monthly meetings.
  • Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the growing team and ensure efficient crop production.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
