KFM Recruitment is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Production/Filling Operative at a well-established client based in the Market Weighton area. This temporary-to-permanent position offers an excellent day shift, promoting a strong work-life balance, and provides potential for career progression based on performance.
The Role:
- Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Bagging and filling large storage units (1 tonne)
- Hand filling and palletising medium containers (25kg)
- Updating computer systems with required information
- Transporting pallets of goods around the site using a counterbalance forklift truck
- Planning and organising workload effectively
- Manually assembling and jet washing large metal containers for packing
- Maintaining accurate records and completing checks and forms for quality and safety compliance

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to Market Weighton

- Forklift (Counterbalance) experience is desirable
