Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well established manufacturing business based in Coalville. As a Manufacturing Operative you will have strong level of practical ability & excellent communication skills.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Set up, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the corrugating machine.
  • Work well with others and be willing to participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, and report any safety or hazard faults.
  • Maintain customer quality standards, such as print coverage, color matching, and case size.
  • Respond quickly to machine failures and breakdowns, and inform relevant departments.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to.

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and willing to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises.
