Thrive Group are recruiting for a Forklift Driver/ Production Operative on a temporary ongoing basis, with a view to start immediately.

This position is located in Coalville.

This is a full-time position, working 05:30 to 13:30 and 13:30 to 21:30 *Weekly Rotational*, Monday to Friday, paying £14.06 per hour. May also be required to work a night shift from time to time which is paid at a higher rate.

Responsibilities of the role includes;

  • The role will involve working as part of a team and you should have excellent communication and driving ability within warehouse and loading areas, with a focus on safe driving practices.
  • The role mainly involves storing finished product and assigning a location using the internal stock tracking system.
  • Carrying out pre-use checks to ensure safety.
  • Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Using continuous improvement techniques.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to cover holiday absence and sickness as required.

The successful candidate will:

  • Will hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
  • Will have experience on a Counterbalance Forklift.
