LE6, Groby - Local Opportunity, Production Operative - No Experience Needed
Our client in Groby is looking for local candidates to join their team as a Production Operative. No experience is required-just a willingness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hourHours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)
Key Responsibilities:-
Work on the production line, following instructions from the Line Manager

Assemble electro/mechanical components with attention to detail

Read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing documentation

Learn or apply soldering skills to a recognised standard (J-std/IPC std)
