The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects. You'll manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in due diligence, viability assessments, and cost estimations.
  • Coordinate project design, development programs, and planning submissions.
  • Manage consultant teams and pre-construction processes.
  • Oversee tendering processes and contractor appointments.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in financial reporting and cost management.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
