Electrician, Fife, Salary from £40,,000 to £45,000 per annum + OTE up to £50k! + Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join an experienced Facilities Management team, serving Fife and nearby areas. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across various commercial properties. You will focus on diagnosing and resolving electrical issues to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Electrical Maintenance – Carry out scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
Record Keeping – Maintain accurate maintenance records using an advanced computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Fault Diagnosis & Resolution – Quickly diagnose electrical faults and resolve them while adhering to health and safety standards.
Client Interaction – Collaborate with clients to ensure maintenance is completed on time and meets high-quality standards.

Requirements for Electricians:

17th or 18th Edition Qualification – In electrical installation.
Facilities Management or Building Services Experience – Previous experience in this field is preferred.
Recognised Apprenticeship – SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
Full UK Driving License – Required for this mobile role.
