M4 Recruitment are currently seeking anOperationsCoordinator / Administrator to work fora reputable and expanding construction company with a strong history of delivering high-quality services across a variety of projects.

We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to manage the operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless communication between clients, estate agents, tenants, and the team. This is a key role that will require strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries (residential and business) via phone and email, and track workflow using relevant software.
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs with the construction team.
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status and timelines of projects.
  • Liaise with estate agents regarding maintenance work on rental properties.
  • Contact tenants to arrange access and provide updates on job progress.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes to support business growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination within construction, property maintenance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic business software.
  • Experience working with estate agents or in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
