As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters, interact with clients, and be part of a collaborative, client-focused team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters, ensuring the timely and accurate progression of transactions.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and local estate agents.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Uphold the firm’s high professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Provide clients with expert advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to conveyancing.
- Actively contribute to the firm's success through client-focused, results-driven work.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with clients and third parties.
- Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A professional, client-focused approach and strong commitment to delivering quality service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems; experience with case management software is an advantage.
