You will oversee all aspects of health and safety within our manufacturing facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Maintain records and report on health and safety performance.
- Liaise with external bodies, such as regulatory authorities and auditors.

The Person
- At least 2 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a clean-room setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
