Health and Safety Manager- Manufacturing- £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits–Ramsbury

The Role

We are a global wound care manufacturer, looking to appoint a knowledgeable Health and Safety Manager to our growing team.

You will oversee all aspects of health and safety within our manufacturing facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a clean-room setting (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
