Our client, is seeking a skilled and approachable HR Coordinator to join their People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of People and Culture, including diary management, email handling, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist the People team in various administrative duties, such as preparing letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment, handling tasks such as posting job adverts, responding to candidate inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the People Team Coordinator in their absence, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
  • Assist with compliance and engagement initiatives, maintaining policy documents and SharePoint sites.
  • Support the Employee Relations (ER) Partner in preparing and administering documentation related to employee lifecycle and ER processes.
  • Ensure the accurate and confidential maintenance of staff personnel files, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Coordinate new starter inductions, including sending invites and updating induction packs.
  • Manage data entry into HR systems and create/request user accounts as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, training events, and other appointments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential
