An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a leading bespoke furniture manufacturer in Marlborough. Specialising in high-end, handcrafted pieces, the company takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes across a range of materials, with a strong focus on wood.

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled professional who can ensure a flawless, premium finish on bespoke furniture and interior pieces, working to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing furniture surfaces, including sanding, priming, and base coating, to achieve a superior finish.
  • Applying a variety of finishes, including lacquer, stain, and paint, using professional spraying equipment.
  • Colour-matching and blending finishes to meet bespoke client specifications.
  • Ensuring precision and consistency across all sprayed pieces.
  • Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in high-quality paint spraying, ideally within furniture or interiors.

- Expertise in using professional spray equipment and working with different finishes.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding craftsmanship.
