Booking and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Offering a high level of customer service
Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
Managing and liaising with tenants and customers

Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Consultant role:

Driving license is essential
A passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
