Exceptional working conditions wtih fewer office days, more at home.Your new roleA new role - Group Management Accountant who will oversee the consolidation of the accounts.
- Management Accounts + Consolidation for foreign entities
- Analysis of financial performance + commentary
- Generate integrated P+L group statements
- Implement controls as necessary
- Banking
- Coordinate with Finance teams internationally.
- Line manage juniors in international locations. Development of them and review accordingly.
- Improvement of systems and processes for optimisation
- Due Diligence of acquisition targets
- Analyst financials for risk assessment and make recommendations
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant, relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing management accounts and financial consolidation.
- Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Desire and aptitude to improve processes, systems and deliver on accounting goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in team leadership or management is advantageous.
- Experience of working with a PE backed company.
- Acquisitions experience is desirable, incl Due Diligence.
- Forecasting / modelling experience is desirable.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is helpful
- Previous experience in a group or multi-national company environment is sought after
