Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

Location: Maidenhead

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Benefits

I'm working with a high growth FTSE company who are leading in their field globally. They are increasing their Qualified Finance team. They are looking for a skilled technical accountant with a background working in a Top 10 practice and experience in an industry role.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with IFRS guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition IFRS 15
  • Conduct group conciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Perform internal audits and develop control procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Stay updated with accounting standards and industry best practises

Required Qualifications:

  • ACA /ACCA qualification
  • Strong background in audit and finance
  • Sound knowledge of financial reporting and statements
  • IFRS 15 Knowledge
  • Worked in a top 10 practise and experience in an industry role.
  • Experience in financial accounting roles
  • Previous experience working with IFRS guidelines
